C-Dogs SDL
Software Projects
Introduction

C-Dogs SDL is a port of the old DOS arcade game C-Dogs (aka: Cyberdogs 2) to modern operating systems. It uses the SDL Media Libraries, and because of this C-Dogs SDL is able to run on Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, *BSD, MorphOS, AmigaOS, Nintendo DS and GP2X. In theory it should be able to run on any posix compliant system which is supported by SDL.
C-Dogs SDL was ported to SDL by Jeremy Chin and Lucas Martin-King, using (Gentoo) Linux as their development environment.
C-Dogs SDL is released under the GNU GPL. However, the original datafiles are freeware.
About C-Dogs
C-Dogs is an arcade shoot-em-up which lets players work alone and cooperatively during missions or fight against each other in the “dogfight” deathmatch mode. The original DOS version of C-Dogs came with several built in missions and dogfight maps. This version does too.
The author of the DOS version of C-Dogs was Ronny Wester.
